It’s not always easy when dealing with the business of buying a new car but Tanya at Toyota of Newport proved to be knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful when helping me find the new vehicle I was shopping for. I couldn’t have asked for a better auto shopping experience.
I just had my first service/ maintenance appointment at this dealership and I have to say I am absolutely pleased with the friendly and informative staff there. It may be silly, but I was totally thrilled that they offered to wash my car for me as part of their service. After 20 plus years at Ford, I never had anyone wash my car. Just delightful to be part of this Toyota family now. Oh, and best car I have ever driven... such a delight.
I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle. I spoke with Brian Fine and within 2 days we had a vehicle. I am injured and he made the whole process easy and smooth. I highly recommend Brian.

Excellent customer service today by Chuck in the Service Dept. He helped me out with the fin on my Prius that came loose and a broken back center light. On the fin, he not only fixed the broken clip, but realized it had not been properly installed previously at another business, and he fixed the problem. It was stormy, raining, and windy, and he was gracious, unhurried, and helpful. He treated me like he would a neighbor, and I loved that. I didn't feel like I was a number in line, and then charged a huge bill. The young man at the service desk who printed the invoice for the center brake light part was very helpful as well. I will be taking my business to Newport Toyota in the future.... More
Owning a Toyota product I don't have many mechanical maintenance requirements, but when I do I make an appointment with the superb service department at Toyota of Newport (née Toby Murry Toyota) where talented technicians never disappoint, as occurred recent when I needed a new key-less fob programmed.
