Easy and fair experience

I’ve had my Toyota serviced in Toyota shops and reputable garages in other states in the past three years and unfortunately, had to deal with simple mistakes like a loose oil filter, or loose oil drain plug, or especially, overfilled oil and tranny fluid. Thankfully, I did NOT have to deal with this at Newport Toyota. Also, they charged me less than quoted, and the amount was reasonable. I’m so glad to see they care about the quality of their service.

My credit is not perfect but Jennifer found a loan company that would help me. I bought a 2021 Ford Edge SEL. It's a very nice used car with just over 60,000 miles. Looks new inside and out! And drives beautifully! They have several nice used vehicles along with new vehicles. The used cars all look new but for a very low price. Everyone in the dealership was so nice and helpful with my questions. I am enjoying my car and am very happy with my purchase! So, if you're looking for a new or used car, go see Jennifer. We had a great experience buying a car at Newport Toyota on August 14th! The entire team that stayed late to help my husband and I was amazing (Chris M., Ron, and Jerry G.)! They got us into the car my husband was wanting, and worked with specific lenders they knew would be able to get us the interest and payments we wanted. They even drove the car up to my husband’s work so he could finish signing for it, and it cut down on a trip back to Newport from Lincoln City. We also had our 2 year old with us, and everyone in the dealership was so sweet with him and it made the experience all the better! (Thank you to Patrick for his balloon!) This is my second purchase with Toyota Newport (my first was with Jennifer, who was also wonderful!), and I will always send people their way if they’re looking into buying a car.
