If I could give this "stealership" 0 stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had the misfortune to experience. Not recommended for anything. Find somewhere else.
Very helpful salesman. Not pressuring, informative and searched out info when he didn't know it. Helped negotiate a trade in on a new Rav 4 Hybrid.
The finance person, however, was insensitive to my time-frame late in the day and tried to "wear me down" to accept extra warranties with inadequate l o n g explanations, despite knowing I/we had a long way to drive home in sketchy rainy condititions. Took at least an hour and a half longer than it should have to get things finalized. Nearly walked out without signing the agreement.

I took my Sienna mini van to Toyota of Newport because I had a broken sliding door handle - they quoted me at $1644.00. I asked why it was so expensive and they said that it was because they had to remove both doors and replace the "internal mechanisms." I thought this seemed high considering it was over a third of the total value of my van so I did some quick research. Beware buying used! Sold my son an unsafe used vehicle with defrosters that didn't work and rotors that were too small so the brakes couldn't connect fully. Claimed they were sorry but will not return my calls.

If you are buying or servicing a Toyota, this is the only place in Oregon to go. The service department is professional and prompt. I purchased a new Rav 4 Hybrid from the Sales Department and Jennifer K. was very well informed, personable and one of the hardest working persons I have ever met. I bought my Highlander from Newport Toyota a little over two years ago. Since then I have had my car serviced by Newport Toyota. Everyone in the Service Department is pleasant and friendly. I have always waited, rather than taking advantage of a ride home, because the service has always been done in about an hour. Otherwise, I would have just gotten home when I’d have to go back to pick up my car. That’s what I call service! I also appreciate the check list that’s provided.

I have dealt with 7 or 8 service departments in my lifetime and this group is, by far, the best that I have ever dealt with. Sad that the other departments don't live up to the service department's great customer care.

We have tried to get our recall repairs made for 2 years now. Only after the virus hit did they finally say they had the parts in. 3 hours after dropping off our vehicle they called to say they could not work on our car until it was "professionally cleaned and shampooed carpet" because the "dog hair could carry the corona virus". I always feel my Toyota Prius is really taken care of by these guys - while also being thoughtful of my pocketbook. They're a really nice, professional crew, many of them who have been there for years, who go the extra mile to take care of my car and me, and I leave with a washed car too. I love all of that! Always feel like i am walking into a friendly professional local neighborhood dealership when I take my cars in here. I have 3 Toyotas and they service all of them. Too bad the wash rack was frozen, maybe I can take a raincheck and get the wash another day.

I recently called the service department about how my car was acting. They were very concerned and when I got it in to them, it turned out I had a cracked block . They found me a used engine the same day. I was able to use one of their rental cars until my car was repaired. The service manager kept me updated on the work of my car. I have taken my Prius to Toyota Newport for many years, and they have always done excellent work. They let me know the costs upfront, and call if there re any changes. Sometimes I've needed a ride, and their customer drivers are always polite and on time. They just replaced my tires and I absolutely love how they have improved the car's mileage and driving!
I like buying used trucks. I feel new vehicles lose value to quickly. However, I prefer to buy my used vehicles from dealerships as I can feel more confident about the state of the vehicle (and the fresh detailing that it comes.

Always professional and pleasant. Job completed in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the internet connection allows me to continue work while I wait.
The service was prompt and excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have been a regular customer for over 25 years. This is where you go for Toyota service on the Oregon Coast.
You asked if everything was okay -- well it is a Nissan for goodness sakes, what could possibly be wrong??? Best car on the road, since 1985 at least that is my opinion. I was referred buy a friend and was looking on the net to find a used pick up truck. I live in agate beach and even went to the valley with a friend. that was a joke. the sales people were pushy, deceptive, and trucks were way over priced. Brought my new Toyota 4Runner in for the first 10K service, and had a great experience.The service was done in a short time, and all personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.
I had my regular scheduled maintenance and I had a couple questions about my car. These guys took such an interest in what I was asking and made sure with them coming out and checking out my car and clarifying everything I asked. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all of you. Service was fabulous and even got my car washed. Made my day. Happy New Year to them.
I had to change my service appointment 1.5 hours before it was set for, due to a work priority. Since I was at the counter, they offered to squeeze me in right then and rapidly got the service completed.
As noted by other reviews, the new ownership has had a positive effect. Service experience is now much better than previously. Facilities are still a bit dated but even that seems better now. I will continue to have my Prius serviced here in the future.
Now I don't have to go to the Valley to buy and service my Prius. Both sales and service are efficient, thorough, and nice ... just genuinely nice people.
My car had to be towed to Newport Toyota because it stopped on the highway. They tried for an entire day to get it to replicate what had happened. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately!, they weren’t able to get it to do the same thing. I appreciate the communication and feedback and that I wasn’t charged anything for the diagnostics. All,the staff I interacted with were nice, thorough & efficient. Ray, as my service manager, has always treated me respectfully. The service area/rooms are on the grungy side...Very well used for many years. My car is well cared for and washed at each visit.
