I had an amazing experience at Toyota. Easily the smoothest, easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. No high pressure “Car salesman” tactics at all. They answered all my questions and helped me find a car that worked for me. They gave me a great trade in price for my other car. And then when I drove home in the new car and discovered that my drivers side door lock wasn’t working with the key fob they got me back in the next day and fixed the problem free of charge. So, I found the car from their ad on cars.com I made an inquiry on a Saturday afternoon, and got a response from Joe in sales on that same day giving me the information I needed to purchase the car. I drove there on Monday, picking up a cashiers check for the price of the car on the way. Once I was there, there was about an hour of sitting around waiting for paperwork to be generated and processed, and then I signed several documents and drove the car home. I had been waiting for the Grand Highlander Hybrid MAX to become available again after the safety stop sale. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. They serviced my Tundra Hybrid, checked all recall notices and ordered my parts desired as well as those needed to complete recall directives. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Toyota in general.
